🔄 Return & Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds are accepted after the order has been delivered,
    except in cases where the item is damaged upon delivery.

  • Any damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused

    • In its original condition

    • In the original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage must be provided.

  • Item received damaged or broken

  • Damage caused during shipping


❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or product selected by the customer

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Discounted or promotional items


🔁 Replacement Policy (Damaged Items Only)

  • Once the damage is verified, we will offer:

    • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

    • Store credit if replacement is unavailable

Cash refunds are not provided.
